Latest Tapid release
Install the latest published Tapid release, download native archives, and read its GitHub release notes.
This page is a live view of the latest published stable GitHub release. It shows one release at a time; the versioned pages in the Releases section are immutable snapshots of earlier published releases.
The page fetches and validates the latest stable release from GitHub during each website build, then checks GitHub again when opened so a newer release can appear without waiting for a rebuild. A release workflow also saves missing versioned snapshots and updates the Releases list.
Tapid 0.0.13 was published on October 10, 2026. GitHub is the source for the release notes, installers, checksums, and archives shown here.

Verified locked installs
- Add
tapid cito install the exact dependency graph fromtapid.lock, downloading missing artifacts without resolving versions or rewriting the lockfile or manifests. - Verify downloaded archives against locked SHA-512 integrity and extracted trees against locked tree digests. Reuse verified store snapshots for cached packages.
- Require a complete lockfile with artifact download URLs, including for warm-cache and offline installs. Regenerate older incomplete locks with
tapid installand review the changes before usingtapid ci. - Support
tapid ci --offlinewhen every required verified tree is already in the store. - Validate root and workspace manifests before activation, replace managed
node_modulesatomically, and retain transaction recovery. Existing unmanagednode_modulesis rejected. - Keep dependency lifecycle scripts disabled and retain Tapid's supported dependency subset. npm lockfile import is not part of
tapid ci. - Allow an explicit local registry fixture to supply URL-less locked artifacts only when the fixture is readable and contains every URL-less locked identity, including on warm and offline paths. Locked integrity and tree digests remain required.
